In order to answer the most common questions regarding the purchase and shipment of orders, please read the policies outlined on this page.

 

Cancellation Policy

*30 day money back or replacement guarantee on all paper prints. This does not cover original art purchases.

 

Damage Policy

In the unlikely event that artwork/prints is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at nhelton@gmail.com so we can work out a replacement or refund. If an incorrect or damaged order is received, a picture displaying the damages or incorrect order is required to be sent to me at nhelton@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Please retain all packaging.

 

Payment

Orders shipped when the full payment is received. I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard®, American Express, Discover as a method of payment.

Sales tax and shipping costs will be added to orders during checkout.

 

Shipping

Orders typically ship within a week.
International Delivery is not currently available.

All orders are shipped with tracking number, confirmation, and insurance through UPS, FEDEX, or the United States Postal Service.
